8 years, a coincidental holiday and a moment of gratitude

It's my 8th bloggiversary.

It's also National Donut Day.

I'm about as round as a donut, these days. Seems apropos.

This, however, is also an important day of remembrance, the 70th anniversary of D-Day. Everything else pales by comparison.

  4. My goodness, how time flies! I'm glad you're still blogging and I'm sorry I don't comment as often as I used to. I do still read your posts, but find it more and more difficult to comment, or for that matter, keep up with my own posting. I wonder where we'll me in another eight years... Hopefully, you & I will have finally taken a trip to visit Bellezza in Chicago! One of these days... :)

    1. I'm glad you're still blogging, too, Les. And, you know I'm just as bad. I realized when we moved and I started paying two sets of bills that something had to give. So, I don't spend a lot of time reading blogs, although I do catch up on yours when I can.

We really do need to stop saying, "Next year, next year," and just make plans.

Thank you for visiting my blog! I use comment moderation because apparently my blog is a spam magnet. Don't worry. If you're not a robot, your comment will eventually show up and I will respond, with a few exceptions. If a comment smacks of advertising, contains a dubious link or is offensive, it will be deleted. I love to hear from real people! I'm a really chatty gal and I love your comments!
